I don’t know about you, but my absolute favorite component of a Mother’s Day craft is the questionnaire! This questionnaire includes the sentence starters that have made me smile the most throughout the years! The best part of this craft is that it is easily customizable! Student writes the name at the top for Mom, Grandma, Aunty, or the most important “Mom” in his/her life. Sign name on the last line. A blank mason jar is included, too. You might add a handprint on one, along with a drawing of Mom on another, for example. Color (or paint), cut, and glue craft packs. Two crafting options are included.
