Melted Snowman Craft and Drawing for Winter, Spring: What makes a snowman melt?
As you read your favorite snowman books this winter, discuss the possibilities of what could make a snowman melt. During science centers or your whole-group kindergarten science lesson, students draw their ideas on the drawing sheets (bottom melted “circles”). Examples might include: sun, fire, stove, hairdryer...have fun with all of the possibilities! Students create middle and top melted “circles”; teacher staples completed pieces to bottom sections, which fit like puzzle pieces, for display.
