Arctic Animal Craft & Writing Prompts with Puppets for Arctic Research, Winter
As you study Arctic animals this January or February, create these puppets during literacy centers, science centers, or whole-group kindergarten writing lessons! Students write animal facts and glue them to the backs of bags. For extra fun, students read and use their puppets to present facts. In our kindergarten classroom, students work in small groups to study an animal, each writing different facts on their puppets. The groups then present to the class.
