Stocking Craft for Kindergarten Christmas (Gift, Present, Holidays)
As you read your favorite holiday books this Christmas, create these festive little stockings during morning work, center time, or a whole-group lesson! In our classroom, I write the students’ names on the stockings and hang them on the windows for a holiday display. The day before Christmas break, I staple the stockings to a brown paper bag filled with Christmas treats and crafts!
Note: It is helpful if you have the students cut and glue the toe to the stocking first, as this helps them to see the difference between the heel and the toe piece.
