Bat Hat Arts and Crafts for Kindergarten
This Halloween, teach about bats during your kindergarten science lessons. Create hats during center time or during a whole-group lesson. Provide students with long, black paper strip. Students glue bat head to middle. Students fold flaps on wings and glue wings on both sides of the bat head, with space in between. (The wings look adorable when they flap above students’ ears.) Wrap the long strip around each student’s head to make length adjustments, and staple.
Our kindergarten arts and crafts are downloads you can print at home or school. Each craft includes a cover and a contents page, so you know exactly how to put pieces together. The only supplies you need are paper, scissors, glue, and crayons! Enjoy creating with the kids!
