Easily differentiate with 4 options for counting, one sheet with 2 numbers each of 1-10, a sheet with 5s, a sheet with 10s, and a sheet for students to write their own numbers. Give each student a cone and a number. Have students cut out each of the pieces and glue the circles onto the cones. Then put the ice cream pieces on a table, and instruct students to collect their number of scoops. Students cut and glue scoops onto the cones.
