Read There Was An Old Lady Who Swallowed a Pie. She did not make healthy choices at Thanksgiving. After your study of nutrition, the food pyramid, and a balanced diet, students create their own balanced plates. Two copying options are provided, a copy for students to color, and a set of copies for students to cut and glue. You might have students draw their favorite of each type of food on their plates! Check out the PREVIEW option on this page to get a glimpse of how the craft turned out in our classroom!

Our kindergarten arts and crafts are downloads you can print at home or school. Each craft includes a cover and a contents page, so you know exactly how to put pieces together. The only supplies you need are paper, scissors, glue, and crayons! Enjoy creating with the kids!
