Veterans Day Arts Crafts for Kindergarten with Army, Navy, Coast Guard, Marine, and Air Force Soldiers
As you honor our Veterans, talk about who we salute among the Army, Navy, Coast Guard, Marine, Air Force, and why. You might ask students and/or families for information about Veterans students know. Ask students to share information about their Veterans or talk about why we honor our Veterans. Split students into groups to write about the different branches. They might work together to share facts, or they might simply make the crafts to represent each branch. During writing time, students draw or draw and write their responses. Three drawing/writing options are included. Attach a standard sheet of construction paper behind writing to add a frame. Attach the completed craft to frame for an adorable display!
