Mouse Name Craft for Back to School Letter Counting in Kindergarten
As you learn about names and letters, students count the letters in their own names with this activity! Teacher or students write names on activity sheets. Hint: It’s helpful if the teacher writes the letters lightly with a pencil and the students trace the letters with crayons. Count and write the number of letters in each student’s name on the fill-in. Create craft and attach the name sheet. For extra durability, have students glue the entire project to a sheet of construction paper.
