Seasons Tree Book for Kindergarten Science Center / Station Activity
As you explore seasons throughout the kindergarten year, students create a tree book to add leaves, snowflakes, and buds. This fine motor activity is perfect for science centers / stations or a whole-group lesson.
Directions:
Copy 1 tree top and 1 seasonal strip for each student.
Copy the book pages (1 to 2 sided and staple) for each student.
For each page, students add an included tree component. Students add details to the page to show the season. (For example, on the autumn page, students draw themselves jumping in the leaves.) Students add a sentence to the page. (For example, In fall, I like to jump in the leaves.) You might choose to complete one page of the book per lesson.
