Rhyming Memory Game, Cut and Glue Worksheet Activity: Phonics Lesson or Center
As you explore rhyming throughout the year, play memory! These six games might be used during whole group rhyming lessons, literacy centers, or morning work in your kindergarten classroom!
Directions:
Students cut out 12 cards to play. Place all cards face down. Partners take turns flipping 2 cards over, searching for pairs of rhyming words. Once students are finished with the game, they glue rhyming pairs to activity sheets! To differentiate, students might work together to glue. To challenge students or to play a class game, provide students with two sets of rhyming cards.
