Bear Craft, Shapes & Number Order / Counting Math Activity for Center / Station
As you explore bears, tie in a shape counting activity! Create the bear craft during morning work or center time. During your math lesson or math center /station, discuss shapes and number order. Color, cut, and tape shapes in number order. (With tape crafts, I typically have students bring the pieces to my teacher table when they are ready to assist them with the tape.) Tape a long strip of yarn to the back of the rectangle. Tape other shapes to yarn for a BEARY adorable display!
