Milk Craft, Friendship Activity: Back to School, Social Emotional Learning
As you explore kindness, discuss what it takes to be a good friend over some school milk. As the kiddos fill their bellies with their favorite flavor, talk about how we can be good friends at school (sharing, swinging together, helping clean up toys, etc.). Then students write or draw about being a good friend. Three options are included to best meet the needs of your little learners. During morning work or center time, students create milk crafts! Three crafting options are included as well. You might glue writing to a sheet of construction paper to create a frame, and add the milk crafts on top for display!
