Alphabet Sentences with Sight Words for Beginning Sounds, Print Awareness
As you explore letters, beginning sounds, sight words, and concepts of print with your preschool and kindergarten students, use these sentence pages to guide your instruction! Sentences for each letter of the alphabet are included, based on the following word list: a, I, see, like, we, to, the, are, my, is, have, big, go, where, play, little, what, you. Guide students to highlight words, letters, uppercase letters, and punctuation as you practice print awareness concepts throughout the entire year! Once a week throughout our letter study, students complete these activity sheets. They read the sentence, write the sentence, color a picture, match words, and cut and glue each word of the sentence in order. Lots of skill practice popped on one page!
