100th Day Hat Craft for Kindergarten: BEARY Happy Bear Hat
This hat craft is perfect for a 100th day of school center rotation or morning work! In our classroom, we read Teddy Bears’ Picnic by Anne Murray. We also include Teddy Grahams in our 100th day snack mix, and wear our headbands for our own teddy bear picnic! It’s such a fun way to celebrate the 100th day together!
Students color, cut, and glue pieces to practice fine motor and visual-spatial skills. Teacher or student writes name on tag. Staple completed craft to a long brown paper strip (not included). Wrap strip around student’s head for length, and staple. You might glue a popsicle stick behind craft so it stand up well.
