I've had the joy of sketching one of the heartbeats of our town — the building that houses both our fire department and municipal operations. It's more than just bricks and mortar — it's a symbol of dedication, service, and the small-town spirit we’re so proud of.
Behind those garage doors are countless hours of volunteer service from our brave firefighters — people who show up, day or night, out of sheer love for our community.
This sketch is also a quiet thank you to everyone who volunteers to keep our little town running — from all of those who organize community events, to those helping out behind the scenes in town operations.
We may be small in size, but we’re big in heart. I'm grateful to live in a place where community still means something. In Glandorf, it's everything.
