Saint Patrick's Day Math Activity with Subtraction Game for Math Center
This Saint Patrick's day, students practice subtraction during math centers or during your whole-group math lesson!
Directions:
Place coins on a pile.
Place flashcards on a pile.
When a flashcard is chosen, find the bigger number in the equation.
Put that many coins on the pot.
Then find the smaller number in the equation.
Take that many coins away to find the answer.
Game includes: Pot mat, coins, 60 cards (including 3 blank ones to alter to meet the needs of all students). Cards include subtraction facts to 10.
